A free consultation is available to discuss the level of repair work that may be necessary to restore your fine jewelry, making it safe and wearable again. As a goldsmith, Susan will offer a detailed explanation about the work that must be performed. She will discuss price and offer alternatives for jewelry that may be beyond repair. Evaluation

Sit with Susan to discuss your personal jewelry. Susan makes it easier for you to decide what needs to be addressed for each piece. Make an appointment to bring in your most important jewelry pieces for value assessment. Susan will help you discern which jewelry items should be appraised and insured and the variety of appraisals that are available to you. Don’t make the mistake of paying more for an appraisal than hour jewelry is worth.

Susan has served on the Advisory Board for Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. and consequently acquired quite a bit of knowledge about jewelry insurance. Susan offers a free consultation and in depth explanation as to the advantage and disadvantages of insuring your jewelry and discuss best approach to cover any loss that may occur. We offer assistance with applications and requests for quotes with reputable insurance companies.

Appraisals are by Appointment with an accredited GIA, ASA, GG, and Appraiser. During your appointment, the appraiser measures, photographs and takes notes while you can ask questions and observe the entire process. About a week later, you receive your formal appraisal reports. Payment is based only on the number of items you want appraised.
